i am 35 weeks and got so sick these past few days, cant take anything as per docter, throat hurts, coughing flem, anyone have any suggestions on what i can take or do

wow, at 20 wks i got super sick and OB prescribe a Z-pak and it was great relief. is OB saying nothing or general doc.?
