Has anyone has the CVS testing ? I am 40 and pregnant with my 3rd child, had an amnio with my 2nd as I was 37 but it seems the CVS test can get the same info but very early on (at 10weeks?) any advice?

Hi jerziegrl13,
There is the risk of a miscarriage if you do a CVS, so you want to find a physician who is very experienced and skilled in doing the CVS. Thankfully, my CVS procedure went smoothly and our baby was healthy. Best wishes.
