Can Ruptured Cyst During Fertility Window Prevent Pregnancy

I am 38 and TTC our first child for the past 6mos. I have had approximately 7 painful, ruptured ovarian cysts in the past 7 years. (3 in the last 8 months, One two months ago, and one last night). I have had my husband drive me to the ER 3 times, but by the time we get there (2hrs from pain on-set) I feel great, and we turn around and go home. I actually went in last night to just ask if they could do an ultrasound to look for cysts, but since I felt fine they said they couldn't. These cysts are so painful that the pain causes nausea and alot of vomiting. I have the most NORMAL cycle. 27 day cycle for the past 26 years. No change in cycle at all.
My question is, these cysts seem to happen right around Ovulation, Since we are TTC and attempted the night of the last cyst rupture (yesterday), could this rupture prevent me from getting pregnant? I took a Ovulation Pred Test yesterday and it was negative, but we DTD to lead the fertility window. About 6hrs later was the cyst rupture, and now 12 hrs later I am ovulating per the test kit and per my body signs. Should we attempt again? Could the ruptured cyst from last night have gotten in the way of getting pregnant from last night's DTD? Thanks!
