I started to read lots of stuff about pregnancy over 35 over the last couple months. I have three kids already, 16, 15 and 13 yrs old. We didn't have the internet to surf on back then. And I am finding that there is so much back and forth on taking meds during pregnancy. Let me just say, I have have Major Depression and have had my whole life. I took meds through my three pregnancies and while br___t feeding. I tried to get off of them to get pregnant and I got very sick. I had to go back on them. My three kids are great, smart, one is above average smart. I would not have been able to be a good mom if I was not on my meds. I would like to say that a depressed mom is a bad thing during pregnancy and after. The low risk of the meds they have are worth mom being happy, healthy and able to care for a love a child. I have no regrets and will take them for my next pregnancy too.
