Flying While Pregnant With Low Blood Pressure

Dear Sires,
My wife is 36 and she is 9-weeks pregnant today, it is our first pregnancy and I want to know if it is ok for her to fly, I did read the info about flying while pregnant but it never mentions the specific case of women with low blood pressure, she has had low blood pressure (100/60) her whole life so I just wanted to make sure we are on the safe side and any other recommendations you might have for flying and special care during the pregnancy.
