Four Days Late And Still A Neg Test

Im 36 years old and have been trying to get pregnant for about a year. I'm always on time with my period. Every 28 days to the day. This month I'm for days late. I have some pain in my right side but not all the time. My niples are sore and I have this awful taste in my mouth. I have taken two test and they are neg. Could I be pregnant? I also have low back pain. Im wondering if maby its a bad infection. Could a infection interfer with your cycle?

hi when i first tested myself my test was negative, four days later i was postive, wait until a week after due date because you may be pregnant. it takes time for the levels to show

I had the same problem. I am 35 and now 32wks. I was about four days late and bought a test that said you could test up to four days before your period was due, well it was neg. and I couldn't help it I took two more all brand name test all neg and all within two days (crazy I know) any I bought a test $3.50 from walmart and it was positive.Go figure. GOOD LUCK keep us informed!!!

I have a 28 day cycle and never showed a positive with all 3 kids till day 40. Go figure, it was the same each time.
