How Do You Get Comfortable

I'm in week 31, and extremely uncomfortable. When I lay down, I can't breathe good. When I'm up and about, my feet and legs hurt. When I'm sitiing somewhere, my legs tend to go numb or I'm so uncomfy I keep having to change positions! Doc suggests I lay with my legs elevated as much as I can to relieve the pain ad cramping. How to you elevate your legs if you can't lay on your back? Arrrggggh!!! Don't suggest a hot soak.. I barely fit in out little tub!

I am 30 weeks and suffer the same symptoms you do... cant breathe and leg cramps top of the list... I sleep and sit on the couch on the side that touches the wall - then use three pillows behind me so I am reclining like in a lounge chair, one on the side to support my belly, and one between my legs. Our windows stay open and the ceiling fan is on to keep air moving - Hubby calls it my nest. I also have the luxury of a 13 year old daughter who gives the best leg rubs - although I have to pay her! Oh well, she's getting rich and I am more at ease... I also try to exercise which is easy on weekends cause there is so much to do on the ranch, but then my legs are so swollen at night... oh well, 10 more weeks to go.
