hello, i am only 18 but my mom recently got pregnant at 39. she just had to be extra careful with her lifestyle; like a very good diet, vitamins, exercise, and not working too hard or being too stressed. It was not planned, it was a suprise. If you've only been trying for 2 months, that's not very long at all. It took my older sister, who is 21, about a year to get pregnant. just have faith :) it will happen! *baby dust*

To give you some comfort, I conceived my first baby at the age of 39 after 1 miscarriage and he was born 3 months after my 40th. We have been trying for baby no. 2 ever since and have had 2 more miscarriages. I am now 44 and 6wks pregnant. Keeping fingers very crossed for this one, which is due 22 June '10. I read everything there is to read about healthy eating vitamins that help, for the boys as well as the girls, as it is just as improtant that the boys have healthy sperm for it all to happen. My consultant put me on Asprin 0.75 and Calcichew Forte Vit D tablets to help conceive, but little did I know when I went for the first meeting, I was already a few days pregnant. Wishing you all the best - 2 months is no time at all to have been trying, so am sure you have nothing to worry about.

I am 42, my husband and I have been trying for a year and nothing. Then I started infertility drugs, Clomid and on the 3 cycle, I got pregnant. We are very excited, and a little nervous too.

hi Angelmary3. Am so glad my message helped, I forgot to say, you need to google all you can about EWCM and ovulation, so you can maximise your timing. it will give you maximum chances of conceiving each month. Good Luck and let me know when it happens.
