I am 35 years old and have never had a baby. I am trying and am under treatment for success. My doctor tells me I have no other issues other than getting the times right. She started me on Prometrium 200 mg in Sept. and I took it for the 1st 14 days as prescribed. I had a cycle on the 20th of Sept. and when I saw my doctor on the 5th of October, we saw an egg ready to come down from the ovaries and ready to be fertilized within the next couple of days. Well, we tried and tried and then, I started taking my Prometrium again on Oct. 1st - 14th and expected a cycle on or about the 20th of October. We are now the 24th and there is nothing yet...I am afraid to get a pregnancy test to the fact that i am afraid of seeing it come out negative...Do any of you have had a similar problem? I mean, the purpose of the Prometrium is to help you get pregnant and regulate your cylce and make you have a cycle...What do you think?
