when i was younger we are all so careful trying not to fall pregnant till we are ready. but boy it is a lot harder than you can imagine. i just thought you had s_x a few times and bang that was it you were pregnant. now that im trying to get pregnant at 38 and having no luck and looked into the subject i never thought it would be so hard and complicated. i thought you could fall any time of the month but you only get about 48 hours in each month. now im testing every month to make sure im ovulating each month the more i read the more confused i get. it seams a miracle that us ladies fall at all ever. i don't know what i should be taking to help me, vits, aspirin, lubes. There is so much great advice on here im going to my doctor next month as i have been trying for 18 months. but im worried she wont be able to help. all you ladies on here really know your stuff. could anyone give me a run down on what's the best ways and what things i need to be taking ect. i feel real women who are going through the same thing really know best. i was so nieve when i was younger i thought it was all going to be so easy if only i had known. any help would be grateful baby dust to all of you !!!!!!!!!!!

Hello - We discuss these issues and more in the "TTC & BFP'S SUPPORT FOR THOSE OVER 35&40! #1 in 2010 !" topic in this forum. You should come visit. We have a variety of women who have been through every phase of the process. Some of us seem to get pg easily enough, but keep having m/c's (me), and others are like you - trying but without success so far. We are a very supportive group and you will find the answers to many of your questions based on our experiences. We always welcome new friends because we all need support (and we all like to share our knowledge). There are also lots of success stories in our group, so don't give up hope! Please stop by. Hi Choc. I think Julia has a good idea. I am about to check out that thread as well but please remember that even though a lot of women really know thier stuff, everyone is different. What may work for one woman may not work for the next. Make sure you go to a doctor you feel comfortable with and always follow her advice. Good luck to you. ; )
