LH Ovulation Test

Hi, If my LH surge is consistently only one third of the positive control, does that mean that I have ovulated or not? The instruction said that the signal had to be stronger than the positive control. Thanks, PF

I dont know what brand of OPK you are using but if it is only one third of the control then you haven't reached your LH surge yet. The test line should be equal to or stronger than the control line to indicate a surge and then once a surge occurs then ovulation should occur in the next 12-36 hours. It is possible that you have a faulty OPK too. I had one once and it told me everyday I was having a LH surge...lol..It didn't matter whether it was it was cycle day 1, 5, 15, or 25..lol..it said I was having a LH surge. Good Luck.
