Hello Perl ... Tryingx3 : ) Sorry : ( for not writing sooner (stuck with work) and my last response didn't get posted. I took a hpt, it's -ve but still ...THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR POSITIVE THOUGHTS AND SUPPORT : ) APPRECIATE SO MUCH : ) I went to my physician's office yesterday, her diagnoses ... I'm no pg. It's wasn't IB than I was hoping for but "old blood" leftover i.e brown clotttings/spottings. She feels it's hormones "malfunctioning". I didn't quite understand what she meant ....I thought she meant hormones inbalance. But OH NO!!!!!! She said there's a difference. Ladies ... this something new to me ... "HORMONES MALFUNCTIONING" Here's the diff .... hormone inbalance - it's our body NOT producing the right levels of the right hormones for the different phases of our cycle and hormone malfunctioning - it's our body producing the right hormones for the different phases but not sufficient in amounts. I figure one's... wrong levels wrong hormones at the wrong time and the other right hormones right time but low levels .... huhhhh????? What do you think ???? It's all so confusing, isn't it !!!!!! YES YES YES PERL ....TRYINGx3, 69days till 07/12 when af showed : ( Well, I did a +ve opk 06/23 (cd45) and YES YES YES it did drove me nuts for a couple of weeks. RE : Water retention and the "Glow" I had them both last pregnancy : ) Couldn't put on my wedding ring till late afternoon ... my fingers were so "fatttttt"! My cheeks were rosy till the 8th week. I'm sure the both of you are glowing : ) Ladies ... got another question! The Linea nigra, the line that runs downwards from your belling button. I'M STILL LITTLE VISIBLE!!!! It's been almost a year and it's still here, is it normal ??? For last pregnancy ... got myself a pregnancy bible, literally says that on the cover : ) I read, we only get that line when we're pg ... didn't say when it'll disappear or anything else, I'm just wondering! Frankly ... I didn't notice it till I got pg last time : ) 6th sense, pg signs and people telling I look pg ... it's : ( to me. But my ob/gynae said otherwise(called her too, yesterday), she thinks could a very very early lost (which she also think I had a couple for the past few cycles ... but there aren't any med proof) cos my uterus lining aren't thick. Last pregnancy ... it measured 0.8 which she feels was not very "bright" for pregnancy. Anyway ... did another hpt this morning, -ve again : ( I'm keeping fingers/toes crossed for this cycle to be normal. By the way ...my temps are till elevated, high for this early into the cycle, it's 98.47F/36.8C... arghh! But it's pg temp though ... last pregnancy there were highhhhhh, averaging 99.2F/37.1C (we measure in celcius here) My hopes for an "April Baby" .. it's gone : ( April's the month of our anniversary for Dh and I, we first started dating(+ - 20 years ago) Let's get back to the happy stuffs ... how are you, mommies-to-be : ) PERL ... are you in maternity clothes yet : ) TRYINGX3 ... "Big Day" soon, is it going to be natural or C-sect : ) Most young pg women here opt for C-sect. They think, they'll be less "popular" with the husbands after a natural childbirth and the pain they have to go through. Aren't I "chatty" today : ) Begining next week, work would be less taxing, I'll be able to "chat" more with the both of you : ) Have a great weekend, ladies and babies : ) LOL & Take care.

Sann - I have never heard for malfunctiong hormones...is that a "feature" of getting older? How old are you now? I turned 36 in June. Have you always had irregular AFs? As for the line, I really don't have one...my mom and sis both did, so figured I would. I thought I read somewhere where some womens go away, but some fade and can still kind of see it??? I hoping for natural birth (with pain meds)...I have had close experience with sis through 2 c-sections and know that the recovery is TUFF! I think my little one is slowing down on her growth, so maybe I can get her outta there!! I am like you with work - should finally be better next week...I have had too much going on to be this pg! I hope the best for you! Have you guys talked to a fertility specialist or anything to see if there is help they can provide?

Sann, I'm sorry to hear you got a negative on the hpt. I've never heard of malfunctioning hormones either but I'm pretty new to the reproductive vocabulary. If you don't have the right levels of hormones, isn't there something your doctor can give you to increase your hormone levels to the normal level??? What other options besides waiting has you Doctor given you to help you? About thin uterine lining, is your Dr telling you that lining is not building up at all? Some women get a D&C after miscarriage which sc___pes the uterine lining down thin and then they get pregnant right away with thin lining (?) the next month or two before the uterine lining even had a chance to build up--what would your doctor say about that? ****To answer your question, yes I had a growth spurt recently so I'm in maternity clothing. It has become more obvious in the past 2 weeks to people around me who didn't already know my news that I am pregnant. ****I don't know anything more than what Tryingx3 already said about linea nigra (I haven't seen one yet because women in my family don't seem to get it). That's interesting that you still have it though.
