Low HCG And Progesterone Levels 5 Weeks

I am five weeks pregnant, 40 y.o. I had spotting on 3/17 and had an hcg 1702 in the ER. My ob did a test on monday 3/19 and it was 3702 and a repeat on 3/21 which showed only 3850. My pg was only 12.2. I have read so many different experiences on this site, meds improved these, miscarriage, etc... My OB is out until Monday. Any ideas or indicators of what is should be by Monday so I don't have a heart attack over the weekend? Blessings and luck to everyone.. Thanks!
