Hello all! Sorry for being silent for a few days - I have been reading your posts but just haven't had the news (or energy!) to reply. KD - hope you're feeling better today and enjoying the caffeine and heavy object lifting (VERY FUNNY - I laughed out loud to that one!!) I think you're spot on to consider going for a check up next time if nothing happens as it will help to put your mind at rest I'm sure. Val - So glad your ultrasound went well. Great news!! Don't worry about the fibroid - leave that to the doctors to monitor and only worry if they start to. I'm sure it will be fine - a friend of mine had one and she has a lovely and healthy 18 month old now!! In answer to your question - I run my own business (with my husband) which is great normally as I can choose when I work. It's just that last Friday was a "no choice" day and so therefore reeeeeeeeeeeally busy. Horrible. I was on my feet for far too long and I still think I'm getting over it now - 4 days later!!!! Still, my husband doesn't ask often and after this experience probably won't ask again until mid-way through next year!!!! LOL!!!!! lovemy3 - BLIMEY - you've been busy over the last few days!!!!!!!! It certainly sounds like something is happening even if you're confused about the timing. It also seems to me that you're b-ding plenty so I wouldn't worry about it too much. The EWCM sounds VERY positive and that's definitely something you should try to keep track of if you can! Keep enjoying yourself - that's the main thing. As always - I'm rooting for you on your 2ww and can't wait to hear some good news! Col - feeling hungry all the time? That's EXACTLY how I felt in the first few weeks and I still get it now but not so often. I think it's actually a form of morning sickness as if I leave it for too long I can start feeling light-headed or queesy and eating is the only thing that gets rid of it (like someone said already - protein seems to knock it on the head!!) Tracy - so sorry to hear that the m/s is still bad. I have a feeling that it's normally worse for twins so it sounds like you could be in for a rough ride. Try to rest, stay hydrated and keep some glucose tablets with you all the time - they're refreshing and "hit the spot"! Hope everyone is well. I'm exhausted with backache but other than that - fine. Just waiting for my scan on 23rd. Can't wait to see the bean again. Must go - work is calling!! TTYL!

Val, I also meant to post about the fibroid thing this morning. I have one too and it is sitting right in between my two little beans. We knew from all the testing that I had two fibroids, took one off the surface of my uterus during my lap, and I refused to have them cut the second one out of my uterus because it would always leave the danger of my uterus rupturing during pregnancy if the cut was made. So, I have one too and am clearly not worried about it. Most women our age have them and go on to have beautiful babies, so no worries please. In fact, my sister had some when she had my niece four years ago. Hopeful, glad to hear from you! Oh, have to go, feeling sick as hell today.

Hopeful...how exciting to have another scan on the 23rd..they are very rea__suring aren't they. It is very tiring in the first trimester. I found way more energy in the second then tired again in the third. Val...I also have had fibroids in the past. It was picked up with my second daughter. Nothing more was ever said about it. When I had my physical this year, my dr couldn't even feel it. Don't worry about it. Tracy, I have heard m/s is more severe with twins, I hope yours goes soon. ttyl

hi all... Tracy , LM3 and Hopeful, -thanks for the rea__surance about the fibroid. I probably shouldn't research that stuff late at night - I just end up getting freaked out! LM3, just keep on bding! I think you asked about whether I choose the OB, and I do. I was researching that this morning. I'm pretty sure I'm going back to the same doctor's office I went to last year - it's in the local hospital (which is still about 25 minutes from where we live.) I liked her and the staff. The only thing I didn't like was that she seemed very unwilling to work with my naturopath. But I think that's fairly standard among Western doctors. Hope everyone has a good day and doesn't feel too bad today.

Good morning Ladies...so confused. Used another opk with todays first morning urine CD17 and still showing a surge??? CD15,16 and 17? that can't be. In the past it has always been cd18, now we have bd'd way too much and my true o probably is cd18. Just feeling very frustrated and had enough, if it isn't this month which I doubt it is with all these crazy results, I think we are done. this is way too much. Sorry to be such a downer but I've had it with these tests really. I hope you all have a great day and are well. XOXO

Just did some reading and it says if you have a 2 or more day surge that due to low estrogen (my menopause fear) that your egg may be having a problem releasing. And therefore showing continual surge. Theres my menopause theory, also it says it can be a symptom of PCOS. Maybe with my weight gain, this has developed. Anyhow, thats what I read.

LM3, do you display any of the other symptoms for PCOS? If you do, talk to your OB/Gyn about it and get put on Glucophage/Metformin. I'm sorry you are so bummed today. It's so difficult not knowing why our body isn't doing the things it's supposed to, and where to find the answers. Do you have insurance? Have you had your FSH tested lately? If you guys want to start a new thread, go right ahead. Just tell me where to meet you. Hope the rest of you are having a good start to your day so we can perk up LM3!!!

Tracy, As far as PCOS goes I have always wondered about that. I am overweight and more hairy than most, on my chin. In the last 6 months I myself also think my hair is thinner although it is very thick to the averge eye. I have never had my FSH taken. My other kids were concieved the very first try with each of them, literally looked at the calendar and took a guess and that was that. i had never experienced a negative result while trying until these last horrible 6 months. I won't bother doing tests and drugs i don'tthink. 3 kids and 3 c-sections along with preclampsia and diabetes. I'll just it take for that I guess. I know I am blessed but I am feeling disappointed and down. thanks for your encouragement though, have agreat day.
