TRACY, I'm so sorry about the loss of the twin. You sound like you are in a good frame of mind about it. Hugs and positive thoughts to you... COL, I'm thinking of you and wishing you strength during this time. LOVEMY3, glad your af is getting longer... it sounds like a big relief! HOPEFUL, I'm so happy for your test results - that's great! KAREN, welcome and congrats on your pregnancy! I don't have a news, just happy that it's my day off (although I do have one student coming by for a lesson). I think the vitamin B pills are really helping the nausea, and I'm strangely comforted by the fact that I'm still puking every morning. I wish I could go in every week for a scan. I think I might rent one of those doppler machines to check the hb just to ease my mind... have any of you ever done that? LM3, we definitely could use a new thread... go for it, woman! :-)

Hi all ... Firstly, thanks for all your all well wishes. Hopeful - Congrats for the great results : ) I wish, my dh and I can be as happy as you are. We are totally worried about having to do amnio nest Friday : ( Anyway .. I made a mistake on my last post, I was actually 14.2 weeks last Friday and that makes it week 15 for me today. Re : Why my ob/gynae thinks we're having a baby boy??? She said baby was extremely active for "his" age and it's was also due baby's measurement too ... HC - 93.5mm and AC - 78.8mm (don't know what those numbers means but she said baby is growing really well) VAL - Sounds like you're doing better : ) How many more weeks to 2nd tri (sorry .. I'm a little lost on everyones' progress) Lovemy3 - Sorry about af : ( Glad to hear you're in great spirits .... I've been wanting to colour my too but my ob/gynae didn't give me the go ahead. I'm good .. feeling pretty much like my old self this week but I'm still getting the nausea when I brush my teeth ... not puking though, well not as much. KD - I'm crossing my fingers and toes for you again : ) KAREN - Hello, Welcome and Congrats : ) I love your Ob's positive .... like I always say ... age is just a number if one's in good health : ) Got to go, my back is aching again. Big hugs and belly rubs!!!!

Our threads are long only after 2-3 days. How wonderful is that?

Dear all - I'll respond to everything from today on lovemy3's new thread - Part 5. See you there..........................

Tracy - so sorry to hear about your news. You sound incredibly strong about the whole thing - I suppose because, as you say, you were semi-prepared for it if it should happen. Well done for being so brave - it will do wonders for Baby A who sounds to be healthy and happy. Do you have to go through any procedures or will nature do what it needs to do to protect Baby A? I hope the natural path is an option as you don't need to go through anything invasive right now. Big Hugs to you and yours. Sann - sorry to hear you're still nauseous. I've been very lucky in that regard and now (apart from round ligament pain, needing to pee every five seconds, feeling bloated, having to walk so slowly everywhere and occasional exhaustion because I'm still sleeping irratically) I feel almost normal!!! Try not to worry about your amnio - the doctors know what they're doing and remember you'll know so much more after it's all over. Focus on the positive - the measurements are all great and you'll get some fantastic pictures at the ultrasound which you can take home. Val - sounds like your sickness is getting more manageable which is great. What week are you in now? Wish I had some personal info on the Dopplers but from what I've read they're very comforting and fairly easy to order over the internet. How's everyone else today?

Oh dear - sorry - I seem to have lost the plot today and responded here instead of there. I'll be over there next time I promise! LOL!!!
