Hi Everyone,
I know I don't totally belong on here, but I thought you ladies might be able to help me out at all...
I'm 22 on Feb 8th, and my mom is 49. Turning 50 this June. She has her tubes tied, but, right now shes going on 14 days late. We would think ti was menopause for sure, but just recently, she had her hormone levels checked by her gynecologist, and they told her she has NO sings of going in to menopause and that her levels are totally normal.
She won't get a test done yet because she wants to see if she ovulates. (She can ALWAYS feel it) She said she's peeing a lot and gassy and has had some sharp pains in her br___ts.
I don't know what to think. If she is I'm going to have a heart attack lol. I'm so worried about her being pregnant at this age. Her and my dad are also NOT in the position financially for another baby.
She says shes hopes shes not pregnant, but somewhere in the back of her mind she feels like she wouldn't be totally upset if she finds out she is.
I feel bad because I've been short with her and pressuring her to get a pregnancy test. She's going to see her doctor next week but I want to know sooner.
I just haven't been able to tell anyone but my fiance and I want to be able to talk to someone else about it.
I don't know what to think or where to start. Help? Any advice?
