Hi all, I'm new to this. First pregnancy related post! I am 40 with two children 6 & 9. Third pregnancy came as a surprise but delighted. I'm now 8 weeks but experiencing cramps and bleeding last two days. Booked for ultrasound Monday, but scared. Nausea and br___t tenderness disappeared at the same time as the bleeding started. My instincts are making me feel not pregnant! No bleeding with first two. Any advice?

Moi, i can only hope everything turns out just fine. are you bleeding on a regular basis or just once a day? i did have a friend who bled during her 1st trimester and has a healthy little girl. one never knows but wish you positive news.

Hi Lynn, thanks for that, bleeding is quite light but cramps are becoming quite severe.

Hi Moi.....I feel for you....I'm 43 and pregnant...spotted through first trimester with mild cramping....and have since hemorrhaged in the 2nd....and still spotting....but baby at proper size and still ok....doc says it's not that uncommon. Best of luck to you, I know how scary it feels....and as hard as it seems right now....just try to relax.....it will be what it will be no matter what you do. Let us know how you make out.
