My husband and I are trying to have a baby, however I am over 40 and having regular periods until a couple of months ago. I am on a 37 day cycle. My period was due on the 3rd of January and today is the 12th and no period. I took a HPT a couple of days ago and it was negative; however yesterday I was nausea. I had a miscarriage about 7 months ago. My br___t are tender and I have that were feeling with minor cramping in my uterus. I realize that there may not be enough hCG in my system yet, but having gone through the miscarriage, I have mixed feelings about trying to test because we really want to have a baby. Any support?

Hi Angel! I'm 43 and not ttc, however, my period was due on Dec 30th and no period so far. I took three hpt and they were all negative. I've been queasy, moody, peeing, but not sore b___sts. Were you on birth control too? I was in Nuvaring till October, didn't use in November and my last period was Dec 2nd.
I feel I'm almost in the same boat that you are. Do you have any other symptoms? Have you contacted your doctor? Let's keep posting!
My doc is on vacation, but I'm calling his office this Monday and asking for an appointment with his replacement.
