Pregnancy Symptoms Test Negative

My husband & I are ttc & had s_x at the right time of the month just 2 days before ovulation etc. then 1, then on ovulation day & now AF is supposed to be here now, but it's not and I'm having symptoms but took a test today and it's negative. Am I doing the test too early? I'm 39 and my husband is 41.

How late are you? I took a test a day before I was due and it was negative and 4 days after that when I was late it was positive. So you may be too early. If you're having symptoms, then chances are good that you are. Best of luck that you are!!!!
