Pregnant For First Time At 43

Hello all!
I am new to San Francisco and delightfully find myself pregnant! My boyfriend and I are interested in finding a OBGYN who is familiar with pregnancy in older woman.
I look and feel about 35 years old but I'm sure there are things to consider at 43!
Any suggestions most welcome,

Wow! Congrats!! My dh's mom was 43 when he was born- he was the 5th. His sis is taking a walk in her mom's shoes and having her 3rd at 43. She's been trying for a third for 10 years and suddenly... surprise! Anyway, sounds like you are young at heart- that's great:)
