Is it normal to have a little blood spotting during the first trimester?

I think that depends on when and how much. I spotted for two pregnancies, both full term. I'm told that it may have just been implantation bleeding. You may want to look that up. If it's not heavy spotting and doesn't last more than 2-3 days, that's probably what it is. If you are worried, you can ask your physician.
