I have been spotting off and on for a week.Does anyone know if exercising during your first trimester (if you are spotting) can be a problem? I am very active working out 4-5 times a week, mixing up my routines with aerobics,weights and pilates. Lately.. I have found that after I workout I seem to spot more i.. I have already seen the heartbeat yesterday so I know things are viable so far..I just don't want to do anything that could induce a miscarriage. I am 6 weeks 4 days.

hey kristen..i know ive addresses this earlier...i noticed that both days i did exercise i spotted. i am going to stay away from that for a couple of weeks while things settle in.
