Hello ladies : ) Tryingx3 ... Perl, sounds like only dh and I had names picked out even before we're pg. There's an old wives here, a couple shouldn't name their baby before it's born ... might jinx the whole pregnancy. Maybe it's not such a good idea afterall. By the way, did I tell you both, I'm posting on the "Helping Conception" board, my cycle buddies had also moved cos of my "loging in issue".... you're welcome to "chat" with us over there too : ) if it's not too much of a trouble for you. I'm sure they'll be glad to hear your success story and you'll certainly cheer them up too. TRYINGX3 - I tried out your towel method, hope it works for me as it has for you. I've heard ginseng can help boost the immunity system and increase your energy but I don't know about what effects it has on sperm. And I think a gingko helps prevent dementia for the aged, I'll ask my physician on Friday's appt. Have you heard of tea( a drink) made with red dates, longans and ginger(my mother in law made me drink lots of it for a whole 2 weeks after mc instead of drinking water), it's suppose help increase the iron supply during pregnancy, after delivery (we call the confinement period here) and after a mc (cos of the blood lost it's also considered to be a delivery but mc is said do "harm" to our body ) I had been wondering if it's still possible to drive once a pg woman hits 3rd trimester, are you still driving??? PERL - I think, there're so much in alternative meds from different cultures that needs to be explored. Please don't get me wrong, as much as I applaud Modern Medical Science and technology, I think the world of alternative meds too has alot to offer. And lots of modern meds had been derived from herbs. I read progesterone supportories is made from wild yams and this one of the base herbs that's in my prescription. I was also wondering if you still got nauseous in the 2nd trimester (cos a girlfriend of mine was feeling nauseous from the 1st till the begining of 3rd trimester) Take care : )

Hi, I had a bit of nausea a couple of weeks ago but not anywhere near as bad as my 1st trimester. My poor cousin who is also pregnant and due the same week that I am, is still feeling morning sickness.***I agree with you on the modern medicine versus alternative medicine theories. And don't worry about picking out names too early and jinxes they aren't true unless you believe in them---like a self fulfilling prophecy! : ) Well Sann and Tryingx3 if you don't hear from me in a while please don't think I'm ignoring you okay? I'll be leaving for vacation tomorrow so I think this will be my last post for a while until I return in a couple of weeks. Wish me luck and I'll look forward to catching up with you ladies when I return! Sann I will definitely check out the "helping conception" board when I return it's no trouble at all.

Have fun, Perl! Sann - I am pretty much doing everything I have done before...just with more of a waddle and more pressure! I have carried pretty high all pg so tummy really isn't in the way as it is all over. :-) I did hit it once when trying to close the car door...learned to be more careful!! I had to use progesterone suppositories - don't know what they were made of - know the pharmacy had to compound them and I had to call ahead to make sure they were ready. I didn't have any of the funny side effects found with Prometrium! I hope the towel did the trick!!
