Turn 40 And Want A 3rd Child

Hi . I just turned 40 this summer, and find myself solo with no spouse or boyfriend. I have two boys age 3 and 6 and always wanted a 3rd child..And because the biological clock is ticking, it could be forever for me to find the right man ( Mr Right as we say) to have a 3rd... So I have decided I was going to opt with a SPERM BANK and go about it solo. Some tell me , not to for this child will have no father while the other two boys of mine have a father and this could have an afffect on the 3rd child.....But if I wait to meet someone, it could be too late to have children... Any thoughts on this? Anyone ever had children from sperm bank and how did your family react?? My family has no idea on this, for I don't want them to influence my decision....If and when I go through with this and get pregant, I will only tell them once I conceive...Any advice out there??
