Two Vesicles On Umbilical Cord

I am 40 and recently had the Quad Screening that came back with positive results on Open Neural Defect, Trisomy 18 and Trisomy 21. I went in for a Level 2 Ultrasound and the only concern that the perinatalogist was that it showed two vesicles on the umblical cord. What does this mean?

It is actually a 2 vessel cord. The umbilical cord usually has 2 arteries and one vein. You seem to have only 1 artery and one vein. Most pregnancies progress just fine with that. Good luck.
