can a woman at 48 who went through menopause at the age of 37 and after having her tubes tied and burned be able to get preganent. she has gain over 22 pounds in the last 2 months and shows some signs of pregancy.

I can't imagine how she could become pg. My mom went through a simliar thing when she was in her early/mid 60's. Ends up she had a 26lb ovarian cyst. The growth was very rapid. She went to Germany for two weeks and had to buy new clothes. When she came home she looked as pregnant as my sister who was 20-some weeks pg.
