Ana And Prothrombin Gene Mutation And Pregnancy

Hi, i am 38 and had 2 miscarriages over the past 8 month, at 8 weeks and 6 weeks. Had a lot of tests after and got diagnosed with prothrombin gene mutation and anti-nuclear antibodies (ANA). Now I am 6.5 weeks pregnant and on Innohep injections daily, aspirin, prednisolone 25 mg and 5 mg folic acid. While my scan at 6.5 weeks showed the heartbeat, my progesterone and oestrogen levels have decreased since last week (progesterone from 109 to 99 and oestrogen from 3116 to 2610). My specialist advised that this is not a good sign. I was wondering if anyone had experienced similar problems and if anyone with these disorders managed to have a baby. I am not sure what to think anymore. Completely lost and scared.
