Hi everyone. I am eight weeks pregnant.I just started spotting brown and pink fluid on Friday. Doctor examined cervic and stated it was closed and uterus looked fine. She said these were good signs. However, on Sat I noticed more slight spotting and then Sunday morn I for first time noticed red blood trickling out and then more later that morning.It looked like clumps of red blood. I have had no cramping or pain and have u/s in the coming week. Is there still a chance I can have a normal pregnancy? Thanks and good luck to everyone. ?

Greetings! have experience the same thing and miscarried 2x;s i bleed for along time and my girlfriend did the same in november one thing i suggest is rest lay on your left side drink plenty of fluid and ask you doctor this week to take a blood test that will indicate the pregnacy hormone in your blood stream this is done for three consecutive days may the force be with you think postive and get lost of rest prop your feet up there is hope!

You need to call your doctor who will probably see you in the ER and give you a stat sono. Some people bleed in their pregnancies and are fine. Sometimes it is caused by subchronic hematoma (sp) and the pregnancy continues but you should always call your doc with any bleeding. Let me know what happens and I will say a prayer for you.
