Yes s_x does stimulate the places needed but there are no guarantees as your baby might not be engaged yet

It is really best for nature to take its course and your baby will be born when it should be that way.

It's thought that the prostaglandins in s____n may help soften the cervix, but there are just as many who didn't get the desired effect as those who did. Can't hurt to try. =) Also, many OBs will induce if you're ready.

Never worked for me, but my DH always insisted that it is worth a try! LOL!

It usually just gave me the feeling of labor - backache and contractions, but nothing that really did the trick - on a similar note, stimulating your nipples has been none to help - just running your fingers around them in circles.. How long is your Dad going for? Maybe baby will wait until he comes back! That may be more realistic :)
