hi, i am 31 weeks pregnant. went to the doctor today, i was 60% effaced but have not dialated at all yet. baby's head is already in pelvis area and doc says baby will be premature. does anybody know how much longer it could be before i go into labor? thanks

There is really no telling how much longer it will be, however it sounds like you are well on your way. I would rest as much as possible because you want to keep that baby in there to 35 weeks if at all possible. I have heard of women walking around for 2 weeks dialated at 4.
