Echogenic Foci And Short Femur

I've been reading the posts below regarding echogenic foci. Has anyone had an ultrasound that showed both an echogenic foci and short femurs? I understand that both are markers for Down's. Should I be concerned when 2 markers show up? I have reservations about having an amnio because I've been having other risk factors with the pg and don't want to further increase any risks. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
