Feeling Crazy Thinking I'm Pregnant

I'm 45 my cycles started when I was 15. Been regular like clock work. I have a 20, 17, & 15 year old. I had a tubal in 2002. About 3.5 years ago I was 12 weeks late had 3 positive hpt. But miscarried. I've had 4 total miscarriages in my life. I'm currently 4 months late. About 6 weeks ago I spotted only twice very faint pink. I've had a very faint positive hpt out of about ten test. I can't make people other than very long time friends understand negative tests mean nothing to me. My youngest daughter I was 12 weeks pregnant with her before I got a positive test out of 30 tests. Not exaggerating. Went to the Er the Dr refused to do a blood test. When the urine test was negative even tho I explained why I don't trust urine test. I feel that tugging stretching feeling in my lower left abdomen. Certain foods I love disgust me. No morning sickness but not unusual as I've never had it with any of my other pregnancies. No insurance and no clue what to do. Any advice? Anyone had a cryptic pregnancy? Thank you.

Hey ladies, I always ovulate right after my period. And today it is 8 days after I ovulated, and yesterday when I woke up and went to the bathroom there was rusty blood, but nothing when I wiped. It continued the next two times I went potty lighter and lighter brick, medium pink and light pink. I wore a pad but didn't need it and after that was it no more blood. Also after I started having yellowish cm. What do you think could that be implantation looking for answers ttc 5 months 36 yo. Today my boobs are sore and I have mild cramping ???? Feeling hopeful but I don't want to get my hopes up.
