does anyone know what a good heart rate is . the hear rate of my bean is 173, which i think is high. They say that if its a high heart rate its a girl and a low heart rate its a boy. i am so happy that they saw the heart beat at 9 weeks well actually 7 weeks as per u/s. anyone else have heart beat numbers just curious

bella...the heart beat is fine!
It is an old wives tale (for the new ulrasound age) that hr determines s_x of baby. (I looked it up myself...)

This is true. My son had a very high heartbeat and everyone thought he was going to be a girl, but ha ha, fool on them, it was a boy!!

That's a strong heartbeat..I would be extactic!!..with my last pregnancy mine was about 160 at 8 weeks!
