I read somewhere that some herbal teas can increase fertility. Does anyone know what herbs are in this category?

I heard that you should take red raspberry tea (capsules or tea is okay). Some friends of mine swear by it so I am trying it too. good luck.

I am drinking the raspberry tea. About 3 times a day and taking vitex. The tea supposedly tones you uterus.

I have read that green tea can have that effect. Vitex (capsules) also is supposed to be good.

Red clover is supposed to be one of the best fertility herbs. You can get tea or capsules at a GNC or online. Good Luck
