I posted earlier with a question about managing utero-sacral/round ligament pain. Just wanted to post an update: a recently-pregnant friend gave me a wedge pillow (made by boppy) to prop up my belly while sleeping. Within 2 days almost all of my ligament pain is gone! It seems crazy that such a small thing could make a big difference but it sure did for me.

Thanks for your info. I think I'll be needing one. In the middle of the night when I get out of bed I get this sharp pain in that area - like an injured muscle or ligament. At first I was slightly concerned but after reading your earlier post I am just a lot more careful upon rising up and twisting too quickly. It's probably my age, 43 next month, and the fact I've had 4 previous preg. But thanks again for your info. Oh, hey, did you order yours on line? From boppy?

Mine was given to me, but I noticed you can order one at Target.com and they may have them in the store. I now use the wedge plus a body pillow between my legs for back support and it really helps. I'm 38 years old and 24 weeks along and have had tons of aches and pains, but the pillows really do ease a lot of it. Good luck!

Had this too! Here's something else you will love- it's new, so not many people have heard of it yet- but I LOVE mine. Just google Bed-Pal maternity straps. They help you sit up in bed. Just sent the site to a friend. They have a $10 coupon code you may be able to use.
