Val-SPD is Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction where the Relaxin hormone that is produced causes the pelvic bone to separate faster than it should. It feels like my 2 legs are disconnected and it's painful to walk and sleep at night. I have to sleep with a pillow between my legs and with past pg's had to sleep in a recliner at 6 mos. I guess there's a brace that I could wear but most women that have SPD say it doesn't really help much. Not much relief until after delivery when the hormone stops being produced. My former ob says it gets worse with each pg so I was expecting it, just not this early :(

Help! Need some quick advice. I always o late around cd20, so this month wasn't using opks etc, just had enough. So, today cdis cd15, woke up to tons of EWCM, couldn't resist and ran out and got an opk, positive it says. DH is out and we can't bd till around 11pm tonight, do you thinkl it'll be too late? So darn upset, arghh!

I don't think it will be too late. Usually you get EWCM before you ovulate, so you should still be ok, but definitely jump him when he gets home.

Thanks tracy...how are you feeling with the sinus/ear stuff. I was thinking about that and I'm thinking the good news is that it will go away after the baby is born I bet. With my pregnancies I was aways stuffed up etc. Pregnancy related...so when are you due...LOL. I know a long time still, hang in there. Thats too bad you don't have more people to visit etc down in Florida. You have us though to chat too, I know not the same. Gosh, I'm hoping its a good thing to get an early ovulation this time around. When I had my others I figured it to be a cd17 ovulation. Now ovulating early it means I could see a positive Christmas. Gosh, I am so hoping and praying for this. Do you think its a positive thing to see the early ovulation? Do you think it would be better egg quality than a cd20 or cd21? Gosh, I hope so I want this so bad! XOXO
