Good morning. I too have bleeding that started last night a few hours before bed. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma at 7 weeks, which is apparently quite common. But still I am worried too. I hadn't had any bleeding for over 2 weeks and then all of sudden is started up again. I was told not to have any s_x until the bleeding had stopped for 2 weeks. Well, of course my dh was just chomping at the bit and counting down the days and here I am bleeding a day later. So I guess he is going to have to go without. It is not worth this. Tracy, hope all is well. I know the bleeding is scary but it might just be nature's way of taking care of the other twin or maybe you have a small tear as well. Do you have a back ache? I did last time I bled, and this time too. The doctor told me that it's cramps to get rid of the blood. It's really hard not to worry though and the sight of blood down there is just so scary. Mine seems to lessen if I sit around, which I have a real hard time doing. If I go for a walk or do any major housecleaning it starts up again. Hope everyone enjoys Halloween with their little ones tonight. Cheers!

Karen-hang in there! What exactly is subchorionic hematoma? Some kind of tear? My dh and I have been having s_x anywhere from 2-5 x/day and last night I had some cramping, but no bleeding or spotting. Did the Dr. say anything about resting and if that helped or not? Hopefully you will still be able to take your son trick or treating. Mine are all older so I get to stay home and hand the candy out :)(: Tracy I hope all is well with you too!

Hi all, Karen....hope your bleeding stops, that is always a worry. tracy...whats the news with yours? BM5....Is it a typo or are you really having s_x 2-5 per DAY, mine would read PER MONTH-LOL. Hope all is well XOXO

LM3=Nope no typo. No wonder I'm pg, huh? LOL I don't think there would be many b/c methods that can withhold all that activity. I'm thinking that it may be why I'm having some cramping? Not painful, just a dull, noticeable feeling. How is everyone feeling in your household LM3? I also wanted to mention to you about the short periods. I, like Karen, have had short periods for the last 5-6 years. Lasting maybe 2 days? Hope your spirits are high. :)

Hi ALL. I'm so worried about Tracy. I keep checking back here hoping that she's written good things. I had some weird cramping this AM while on the treadmill at the gym, nothing like I have felt before. Not painful, just twinges maybe, and my b___bs were sore when I ran, even w/ 2 sports bras on, so I started to get excited, but this afternoon I started to get my normal pre-AF cm, so I got bummed again. Ahh, the emotional rollercoaster of ttc. i think I'm gonna attack my son's Halloween candy. Enough chocolate shoudl make me feel better, right? I'm w/ Lovemy on the 2-5x per MONTH. Baby5, I can't even phathom that, even when I was younger & had no children! You don't need a gym membership w/ activities like that! Good for you. Well I gotta go get some work done. I hope we hear some good news soon.

BM5... you're a riot and no wonder you are preggers-lol. KD.... its not over till its over...wait it out, maybe af will not arrive. I so hope you get your BFP!!! Also, BM5, thats for the positiveness about short periods, mine have changed from 6 months ago for sure along other symptoms. My family dr sent the referall today, so I can officially book with my specialist anytime. I'm going to wait it out till Jan. I'm hoping for a Jan 23 appt. The reason is because I want to try and shed some weight, so he doesn't read me the riot act!-lol. I am also concerned for Tracy.. I hope she is well and just resting. Karen.. how is your bleeding? ttyl

Hi all. I've been checking in everyday but not posting. I haven't been my cheery self lately since receiving news from COL's (we've been chatting since April) and Tracy's news ... kind of brought back memories for me. LOVEMY3 - How are your kids? What Cd are you at? Re : Short Af ... I have short Af too, it's about 3-4 days on the average. But the cycle that I got pg ... it lasted longer than usual. Hope it's a good sign for you : ) KAREN - I had some spottings/bleeding (on and off) earlier on, I know it's scary ... try not to move about too much, it helps. What did the doc give you to help stop the bleeding? Hope your bleeding had stop. BABYMAKES5 - 2-5x/day ... that's alot of cardio workout : ) How's everything with you? KD - Hang on, it not over yet : ) VAL - Did you get your test results back yet? Has your m/s subsided? TRACY - I'm thinking of you too. Hope you're doing fine. HOPEFUL - Are you feeling better? Did your ob/gynae start you on prescribed iron and calcium? Re : Amnio ... I'm with you. Wish we didn't decide. I'm having last minute jitters ... amnio is due on Friday. Well ... I started having some ligament pains this week (not exactly painful) you just it's there. Baby dust and belly rubs : )

Hi Sann, Great to hear from you and see all is well. Good luck with your amnio on Friday, I have never had one before so can't give you any details. Try and relax and take care of yourself and rest after. I know that is sad about Col, and really makes you feel horrible. I have felt the same way, so sad that that has happened. I am on cd8 and just waiting, nothing new here. Val was suppose to get her results on Monday. I'm glad you are well, it just seems like yesterday you posted your BFP.. what an exciting day that was, all you guys just seemed to happen right after another, Boom, boom , boom. So, now we need another positive month for KD and I !! Take care, XOXO

2-5X/DAY????! HOLY COW! You go, woman! Only don't tell my dh, because he'll be very sad! We finally bd'd a couple of days ago. - first time since getting pg at the start of September! Poor guy! Anyway, I have only a second to post (work and a volunteer thing are keeping me crazy busy this week) but I did get the gestational diabetes test back and I pa__sed! It would have been depressing to get a positive on Halloween. TRACY, I'm thinking of you and worrying and hoping you're ok. SANN, I've been bummed about COL too, and have been trying not to get on the pg forums much because I keep getting freaked out about m/c. Anyway, positive thoughts to all and I'll keep reading and will write again by Friday or so (I should get some down time by then...) xoxo

Hello all - sorry to have been so silent. I'm still suffering from a nasty cold. Went to the doctor yesterday and she took a swab from the back of my throat to check that it isn't Strep and I'll find out Friday. I think it isn't as thankfully I haven't got a temperature and that's a good sign. She gave me loads of lotions and potions and said drink lots (especially OJ) and I'm feeling much better today. Still a way to go to be totally back to normal though so have to rest. Unfortunately it meant that my lovely shopping trip in the city was postponed so that's a shame as I feel like I can buy stuff or at least window shop without too many superst_tious feelings about the pregnancy. (We announced to our friends on Monday evening so I should think everyone in town knows by now as the grapevine here is VERY efficient - LOL!! Great response from everyone so we've got lots of support. Fantastic!) Anyway, enough of me. Karen and Tracy - how are you doing? I really hope the bleeding has stopped for both of you and the doctors have given you some rea__surance that everything is OK. I'm thinking of you both and hoping that you're both resting up and not worrying. Babymakes5 - I too am impressed with your bd-ing record!! Impressive stuff!! I thought I was doing well with 2-5 a week but the last two weeks I've had to calm down as I was worried about the cramping and now with my cold I just don't have the energy! Let's hope everything returns to normal soon - I can't wait and I know my husband's keen as he reminds me everyday!! (He's very understanding though which is great and I'm thankful for that!) BM5- I forget what week you're in but the dull ache sounds perfectly normal - however, just keep an eye on it in case it develops into something and then I'd definitely recommend using the bed only for sleeping for a while - LOL!!! KD - what CD are you on now? It sounds like it could be the month by your symptoms so don't give up hope just because of the pre-AF cm as that might not mean anything. lovemy3 - how are you today? How is the weight loss going? I remember you were saying that you find it easier to lose weight when you have to be accountable - so my thinking is you should be accountable to us on this thread and give us a report on your ups and downs of weight loss (perhaps for every kilo us preggers gain you could try to lose a kilo - how about that for an idea!!! LOL!!!) Seriously though, I know what you mean about needing some sort of goal and who better to encourage you than us!! I'm behind you all the way (being overweight myself!) and would gladly be an ear for both your achievements and "little cheats"!! Sann - good to hear from you. I know all about the round ligament pain - it really isn't that bad but sometimes it can catch you unawares can't it? I hope you're well otherwise. Re. the iron and calcium thing - I've had all my "levels" checked and all is well so I think I just carry on taking my pre-natal vits and drinking milk everyday and I should be fine for now. I'm so sorry you're feeling nervous about the amnio. Try not to - the doctors know what they're doing and they advised you to do it for a very good reason so try to trust them. Apparently the procedure is relatively painless and you get to watch your little bean the whole time which will be lovely for you! Are you planning on finding out the s_x? They may even be able to tell you that on the day! How exciting would that be and something to look forward to rather than dread! Anyway, keep in mind that loads of women go through this procedure every day and everything turns out fine with the results. So try to think positive. We're all here for you over the next few weeks and I'm sure it'll all be OK. You're in my thoughts. Val - congratulations on pa__sing your GD test. Great news! Now you can relax for a bit - in between your work of course. Everyone - we all deserve a good rest at the moment so I suggest we treat ourselves and have a little pamper session, buy something nice for ourselves (or our bean?) and get take out for dinner. Belly Rubs and lots of Baby Dust to all and I'll TTYL! (I can't believe my post is so long again - I must be feeling better - LOL!!!!)

Good Morning. No word from Tracy? I hope it because she's on bedrest for a couple of days & can't get to the computer, but that everything's ok. I'm on CD 25. It really feels like AF is coming. Normal painful b___bs. The only thing is that my ovary area seems a bit sore?Sometimes when I get up quickly I feel a bit uncomfortable, but with my ttc luck it's probably just gas or pre-AF cramps. Sann, Don't be too worried about the amnio. I think the whole procedure & decision to have it had me so worked up, that when it was all over, it really wasn't that bad. It was nice to "see the bean" the entire time, I didn't look at the needle & it was over so quickly that I was stunned. Went home & took it easy for the weekend & got my results on Monday & was able to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy. The hardest part is making the decision to have it. Val, Glad to hear you pa__sed the Glucose test, the irony in getting the result on Halloween is pretty funny. Hopeful, I'm so glad you're feeling better. It really stinks when you get a bad cold when you're preggers & all you want is to down some drug to knock you out! I hope I won't be posting that my AF is here, again. ttyl

Hi all. And yes, while I feel fortunate in the bding arena, although, I do wonder if our bodies were really meant for that kind of activity? Sometimes my pelvic region gets very tender and then it's down to 1x day. Anyways, I think I'm on week 7? Haven't been to the doc yet, but EDD from internet is 6/18/07. Cramping has subsided some but last 2 days I have not been able to stop peeing! Atleast once/hr, mostly duriing the night, despite my cutback on fluids after I get home from work. Feeling a bit blue today, I work for Jack Link's (beef jerky-perhaps you've tried it?) and the plant manager in our main office (Minong, WI) was in a serious car accident last night and his wife and newborn baby didn't survive. He and his daughter are in serious condition as of this morning. I'm not sure if it's my hormones or what, but I just can't stop thinking about it. Here we all are going through these wonderful pregnancies (and times of ttc-LM3 and KD), and it could all be taken away in an instant. I'm not sure what they're going to do for everyone that is grieving. His wife also worked at the plant in HR and both were very well liked. My dh and I both work in the New Glarus, WI plant, so being another "husband and wife" couple makes it tough too....It seems that so many things make me sad these days...Tracy and Karen--sorry to have such a downer story and hope that both of you are doing well! Please update us when you are able. KD-hoping to get good news from you next time we hear from you :) LM3-Good luck on the weight thing and I really like Hopeful's idea of accountability-we are all here to help and support :) SANN-good luck w/amnio and be sure to update us, as those of us who haven't been thru it yet could use some guidance :) VAL-excellent news on your GD results! Hang in there and get some rest, girl, you sound very busy! HOPEFUL-hope you are feeling better and good advice on the bed, I think slowing down a bit may be a good thing (at least to 1-2 x day--LOL).
Hope everyone has a great day and I've included all of you in my prayers :)

BM5, really sorry to hear about your co-workers, that is so sad. It is very true that each day is a blessing, and no one knows the hour or time that they will be gone. We need to be aware of that but at the same time we need not worry. I will be thinking of you all, take it easy. XOXO
