I have morning sickness and i want to know what can i do to help it i've tried everthing in the book do any of you have your own methods?

The only thing that remotely helped me was chewing peppermint gum. I have had the worst morning sickness for 22 weeks, it is just starting to subside now, and it really got me down......chewing the gum, seemed to help me cope through most of the day.

When I went through the morning sickness, I was also very dizzy, and could barely function. What helped me was nibbling on plain soda crackers and sipping a cold drink. Nibbling and sipping are the key words there ;-)

Here's something you probably have not tried. Take a fresh lime and cut it into wedges. Sprinkle pepper on it. When you feel naucious, grab a wedge bite down hard and suck. Apparently they use this in India. It worked super well for a friend of mine, but for me it would only take care of the problem for 15 minutes or so and then I would have to throw up. I still found it very useful to have a ziplock with the limes inside for when I was in the office or in the car, because it gave me better control.
