anyone out there having trouble in the morning when they stretch and the muscles sticking like a charlie horse.????This morning I almost had two stick at the same time.

Yes I do, especially at night I just wake up for a stretch and if point my toes out to stretch "oh boy" it feels like something is ripping out of my calves. Not very nice, but I guess its all normal carrying an extra load. Good Luck with your pregnancy and ya stretch's.

thats so funny, but its not, I am afraid to stretch and Its in my calves and the other day it went in my upper leg the back muscle ouch!!!!!!!! Anyways I have been drinking more milk, its lack of calcium that causes it and it seems better , try it and take care

I had bad morning leg cramps that left me limping all day. Increasing pota__sium (eating several bananas a day) and taking baths helped a lot! My Dr. said this problem is common. Hope you get some relief soon!

Cathy Anne is right it is also Pota__sium, my doc said both its the calcium part that I did not know and said "wow". Take care and thanks anne Glad to hear were not alone. :) :)
