i want to know if stomach aches are normal for early stages of pregnancy?? my mam i 40 and having her third child, i am worried about my mam and want to knw if this is normal? thank you

I had some early stomach pains, I thought it was my period coming, so that sort of cramping. It happened in my first pregnancy too I remember, so I hope all is well for you.

Pains like the cramps that you get when you're on your period are very normal. Stomach pain caused by gas and indigestion happen a little later on in pregnancy so are very normal also but I'm not sure that it happens at an early stage (to me early stage would be less than 8 weeks).
