Has anyone had a nuchal translusceny done? I'm going for this on Tues and am very nervous!

Yes, I had it done and it was really interesting. You could see so much already, and everything was fine. It was actually enjoyable. The little bean was really active. It's just like a detailed u/s, that's all. I don't know what that papp-a test is though. Good luck with yours.

I have too. There´s no need to get nervous. It´s just a normal sonogram to determine the thickness of the baby´s neck, which is a marker for Down´s syndrome. The PAPP-A test measure a hormone in your bloodstream. Depending on the results of these, your doctor may recommend further testing, like amnio or CVS. Good luck!
