Over 40--really Want A 2nd Child

Hello,
I am 42, have one child, but REALLY am not done wanting another baby. I am about 45 pounds overweight though, I am bigger than I was, when I was 9 months pregnant.
Normally, I would aim to lose the weight first, but because I am not in my 20s or 30s now, I have to hurry it up to get pregnant.
Anyone else in my situation?
