ok, the other day i woke up with bloody pants and when i went to pee, i saw blood (with clots)..so i went to the hospital, they said i am dialted 2cm...im in my 37 week...so,what does this mean i should be prepared...? how much time do i have? anyone???? know the answer?

well when i had my daughter 20 yrs ago i seem to recall being dilated at 2cm for a week. 37 weeks is not worrisome though even if you did have the baby now.

thanx everyone..but so far nothing! still waiting..but i cant even stand up sometimes so much pressure down there! as if the baby is about to come out!!! but no labor pains yet...i wonder how long this will go on for!
