is it possible to still get pregnant if you haven't had a period in three years?

It all depends on the underlying reason for amenorrhea. If it's a result of a hormonal imbalance due to a medical condition, then after the condition is addressed and corrected, the pregnancy is definitely possible.

Jodi, yes, it is still possible. Have yourself checked out. They may just prescribe you a medication to make you menstruate. I've known people who doesn't menstruate for over a year & was able to get pregnant after being seen by a doctor to determine the cause of it. Goodluck.
