Possible Natural Pregnancy At 50 Or Menopause

I know I should probably take a test but have been scared to. This isn't the first time I've thought I could have possibly gotten pregnant but my periods have always been like clockwork even though they have changed their pattern a little. In In October I completely missed a period (it was about 48 days) then I spotted for a week in November. Now it is December 19 and have had nothing. I have had slight symptoms, only in sore br___ts, gaining weight, and a couple mornings with slight nausea, but really no morning sickness. I know menopause symptoms can be similar. Any thoughts?
