anyone been pregnant and had bleeding only when they wiped then about a week later seem liked they started AF and not have had a miscarriage. please answer soon

When I was pregnant with my 8 yr old I had the same symptoms. The bleeding like AF lasted only 2 days and then stopped but i would have cramps after that at night sometimes but everything came out fine.
