Progesterone Shots For PTL

This is my fourth baby-due in Aug. My first was born at 32 weeks and my other two that followed had me on bedrest the entire third trimester with hospitalization and medication. Dr has put me on weekly progesterone shots that started at 24 weeks. Anyone had any luck or know anyone that successfully avoided PTL and/or delivery that received these shots.
