Mom of 3, 37 next week, want a 4th but am nervous about increased risks since I am now 35+. Anyone have any thoughts?

If you're healthy, then you have nothing to worry about! Especially nowadays, with doctors being well aware of women having children later in life. Good luck!

If your husband is in agreemebt then go for it. you might regret it later when you can't become pg.

I am 41 and my new hubby and I are trying to concieve. I have 2 almost grown children form a previous marriage (almost 19 and 14). I miscarried in July but we are trying again. Just know that your chances of miscarrying are higher over 35 but once past the dreaded 3 month mark your chances of having a healthy baby are also high. You have three children already so you are experienced in birthing and raising a child. I say go for it! well, as long as your hubby wants too heehee.

I am 41 and 18 wks pregnant... so far so good, have not had any problems... I feel great just like I did when I had my first child at 19... to me, I am not old until I say so...LOL, yes the risks do increase after the age of 35, but then at any age there are always risks... as long as you are healthy, gung ho.... go have fun and make a baby...LOL good luck and let us know

Go for it! Half my friends had kids at 38-41 age group. I am going to try again at 40 since my twins are just started kindergarten!
