Ttc Using Clomid Days 2 6 Of Cycle

Hi ladies: I have had 2 previous miscarriages one at 11 weeks and one at 14 weeks. I have not been able to conceive now for 16 months. My fertility specialists recommended taking clomid on days 2-6 of cycle anyone else says they take it days 3-7 or 5-9 what gives??????
