Unexpected Pregnancy At 40

i just found out i am about 6 weeks pregnant---i turned 40 last year and my husband is 55. he was in total shock at my last pregnancy (10 years ago) and i'm anxious of his reaction. i don't want him to freak out, any suggestions how to break this to him? he has two grown children and ours are 12 and 9.
